1. Job Purpose

To prepare accurate and detailed Civil, PEB, site development and landscape drawings, coordinate drawings with structural and project teams, and provide technical drafting support for project execution from design stage through completion.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Civil & PEB CAD Drafting

- Prepare detailed Civil and PEB-related drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare GA drawings, foundation layouts, anchor bolt plans and civil interface drawings for PEB projects.
- Prepare column, footing, pedestal and foundation layout drawings as per approved structural/PEB drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, site layouts, sections, elevations and construction details.
- Prepare external development drawings including roads, paving, drainage, kerbs and levels.
- Coordinate Civil drawings with PEB Structural, Architectural and MEP drawings.
- Review PEB drawings and identify civil-related requirements and discrepancies.
- Incorporate design revisions and site changes into drawings.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, working drawings and as-built drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and drawing registers.

B. Landscape & External Development
- Prepare landscape layout and execution drawings.
- Prepare softscape and hardscape drawings.
- Prepare layouts for lawns, plantation, trees, shrubs and other landscape elements.
- Prepare drawings for walkways, paving, kerbs, edging, seating areas and external development.
- Prepare basic irrigation and landscape drainage layouts.
- Coordinate landscape requirements with Civil and Site Execution teams.




- Ensure landscape drawings are coordinated with existing site levels and civil works.

C. Site Coordination
- Visit project sites for measurements, verification and technical coordination.
- Check actual site conditions against approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Structural Engineers and PEB teams.
- Provide clarification and revised drawings as required during execution.
- Assist the site team in resolving drawing-related technical issues.
- Ensure drawings are practical and suitable for site execution.

D. Drawing & Documentation Control
- Maintain approved, revised and superseded drawing records.
- Follow proper drawing numbering, revision and documentation procedures.
- Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on actual site execution.
- Maintain CAD files and drawing backups in an organized manner.
- Ensure drawings are issued to concerned departments within the required timeline.

1. Technical Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Good knowledge of Civil and PEB-related drawings.
- Understanding of PEB foundation and structural interfaces.
- Ability to read and understand structural, architectural and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of site development, levels, drainage and external works.
- Knowledge of landscape and irrigation drawings.
- Good understanding of dimensions, coordinates and basic surveying concepts.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Knowledge of Auto Cad

1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting or related field.
- Diploma/ITI/Certification with relevant Civil/PEB CAD drafting experience may also be considered.

1. Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Civil CAD Drafting, PEB projects, industrial construction, site development or landscape works.
- Experience in PEB foundation and civil interface drawings , Landscape drawing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
