- Identify suitable lands and properties according to company requirements.

- Search and develop new land acquisition opportunities through direct sources, brokers, property dealers, and local networks.

- Coordinate and communicate with landowners, farmers, brokers, developers, and other property stakeholders.

- Conduct site visits and collect complete information regarding available land.

- Check basic ownership, location, access, land use, area, and other relevant property details.

- Collect and verify land/property documents and coordinate with the Legal Department for detailed due diligence.

- Research and analyse prevailing market rates and property values.

- Negotiate land prices, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with landowners.

- Prepare land/property proposals and submit them to senior management for approval.

- Maintain complete records of all land leads, negotiations, documents, site visits, and purchase status.

- Coordinate with Legal, Finance,



Development, and Management teams during the purchase process.

- Assist in preparing agreements, MoUs, sale deeds, and other purchase-related documents.

- Coordinate for registration, payment, possession, and other transaction-related activities.

- Maintain a strong network of local property dealers, brokers, landowners, and other market contacts.

- Ensure that no land transaction is finalized without proper management approval and required documentation.

- Regularly report current land opportunities, ongoing negotiations, and purchase progress to senior management.

- Perform other duties related to land acquisition and purchase as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
