Key Responsibilities

- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, or machinery parts across the floor.
- Operational Support: Assist machine operators, technicians, and supervisors with daily production or construction activities.
- Site Maintenance: Keep working areas, machine stations, and storage facilities clean, organized, and clear of hazards.
- Packing & Stacking: Pack items into boxes, label shipments, and stack materials onto pallets according to instructions.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety rules, wear required PPE (gloves, helmet, safety shoes), and report equipment issues promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:



No formal education required (10th pass preferred).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks comfortably.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in a factory, warehouse, or construction site is a plus.
- Documentation: Valid Aadhaar Card, bank account details, and passport-size photographs required for onboarding.

Compensation & Perks

- Salary / Daily Rate: ₹ 501.5 – ₹752.25 per day
- Facilities: PF/ESIC,Annual Bonus
