- Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials and finished tube products.
- Hardness Test

- Dimensional inspection
- Surface and visual inspection
- Prepare samples for laboratory testing as per defined procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory/testing equipment properly.
- Record test results accurately in Lab Reports, Test Certificates, Registers, and ERP/Excel systems.
- Ensure testing is carried out according to SOPs, customer specifications, and applicable standards.
- Check and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Support calibration and verification of laboratory equipment.
- Identify and report abnormal or out-of-specification test results to the QC/QA Engineer or Manager.
- Maintain proper identification and traceability of samples.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping and follow 5S / 6S practices.




- Follow all applicable safety procedures and PPE requirements inside the laboratory and plant.
- Assist the QC team during customer inspections, third-party inspections, and audits.
- Maintain proper records of chemicals, samples, test reports, and laboratory consumables.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for investigation of quality issues.

Preferred Experience Candidates having experience in Tube / Steel / Metal / Pipe Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
