About the Role

Soleos Energy Limited is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s finance function as it scales across renewable-energy EPC, IPP and group-captive projects, international markets, BESS and emerging clean-energy businesses.

The CFO will play a central role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, treasury architecture, project finance, capital allocation, fundraising, institutional governance and capital-market readiness. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, Board, banks, investors, rating agencies, auditors, merchant bankers and other qualified advisers.
