Department: Pathology / Diagnostics

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day pathology laboratory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise laboratory staff, duty schedules, productivity and discipline.
- Ensure timely reporting, TAT, quality control and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Pathologists, technicians, phlebotomists and front-office teams.
- Manage inventory, equipment, consumables and operational costs.
- Handle patient/doctor queries and ensure high-quality patient service.
- Develop relationships with doctors, hospitals and corporate clients.
- Drive business development, sales and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety and regulatory requirements.





Qualification
- PGDMLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT preferred.
- MBA in Operations / Healthcare / Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
