A. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Writing and Content Development: Draft research-based articles, briefs, and reports that highlight the work being done under the project and its alignment with state development goals
- Talking Points and Internal Notes: Prepare high-quality talking points, review notes, and communication material for the project teams use in departmental reviews, inter-agency meetings, or ecosystem engagements
- Feedback from the Ground: Collaborate with the M&E; team for conducting project-related field research, evaluation, and creation of evaluation reports
- Analytical Interpretation: Collaborate with the project team and the M&E; team to draw insights from quantitative data and field reports, and convert them into accessible summaries and visual narratives
- Knowledge Capture: Support documentation of key decisions, best practices, and emerging patterns that contribute to project institutional learning, and assist in publishing project knowledge in print and social media.

- High-performing individual with a solid academic background and a consistent track record of excellence in relevant work experience
- Strong commitment to public purpose and demonstrated interest in the social impact and governance space
- Strong written communication skills, with published work in reports, blogs, articles, or institutional documents
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and operational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-accountability environment with multiple moving pieces.
C. Qualification Criteria: Masters or Bachelors degree in Communication, Environmental Studies or Public Policy from a recognised University or Professional Institution recognised by Government. D. Experience Criteria: Minimum 3 years experience in knowledge management, documentation or communications in Government or large organisations, preferably in environment or development projects; competence in preparing reports, briefs and knowledge products; familiarity with the environmental policy context; strong IT skills for data and document management.
