Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Steward to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, serving and presenting products, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Serve and present dry fruits, sweets, snacks, and other FMCG products as required.
- Ensure proper packing, presentation, and handling of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving and customer areas.
- Keep product displays neat, organized, and properly maintained.
- Support the sales team in handling customer requirements and day-to-day store activities.
- Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and basic inventory support.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to maintain quality and presentation.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and store procedures.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.




- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues to the concerned senior when required.
- Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the management.

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduates are also welcome.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, food, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of product handling and hygiene.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good grooming and professional behaviour.
- Willingness to work in a retail/store environment.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience as a Steward, Retail Associate, Store Assistant, Waiter, Customer Service Executive, or similar role will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable interacting with customers and handling FMCG/food products are encouraged to apply.
