We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Kindergarten Head to lead and manage the Kindergarten section of our reputed CBSE School in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in early childhood education.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Kindergarten / Early Years academic and administrative activities.
- Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor age-appropriate teaching and learning programs.
- Guide and support Kindergarten teachers in lesson planning and classroom practices.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school's curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Monitor students' academic, social, emotional, and overall development.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management, discipline, and child safety.
- Conduct regular teacher meetings, observations, and performance reviews.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Coordinate school events, activities, celebrations, and other Kindergarten programs.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and required documentation.
- Mentor teachers and promote continuous improvement in teaching quality.




- Work closely with the school management to achieve academic and operational goals.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Kindergarten / Early Childhood Education – Mandatory
- Prior experience in a reputed CBSE / International School will be preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a Kindergarten section is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education and age-appropriate teaching practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in building a long-term career with our school. Selected candidates are expected to join immediately commit to working with the school for a minimum period of 3 years.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on qualification, relevant experience, and interview performance.
