Job Responsibilities
- Generate recent business through direct sales and customer acquisition

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
