? POSITION

Client Servicing Manager / Executive

? Location: Gurgaon , Haryana - On Roll - Full Time

? Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

? Experience: 2–5 years

? Industry: Corporate Merchandise | Promotional Products | Corporate Gifting | Apparel & Branding

? THE ROLE

You will be responsible for managing clients and ensuring smooth execution of their merchandise, corporate gifting, apparel and branding requirements—from enquiry to final delivery.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and develop robust client relationships
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products




- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, vendors and logistics teams
- Manage samples, artwork approvals and production timelines
- Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Follow up on leads and generate repeat business
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Handle client queries and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain accurate order and client records

⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2–5 years of experience in client servicing, corporate gifting, merchandise, advertising, branding, events, apparel or a related B2B industry.

You should have
