About the RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Video Editor to join the ADKO team and work across social media, brand, hospitality, and digital content.

You’ll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content while ensuring strong visual quality, pacing, sound, and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

- Edit reels, social media videos, brand films, and digital content.
- Handle basic colour correction and colour grading.
- Work on sound mixing, audio clean-up, music selection, and syncing.
- Create clean cuts with good pacing, transitions, and visual flow.
- Work with footage from professional shoots and adapt content for different platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to execute concepts and references.





What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of video editing fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic understanding of colour grading, sound, music, transitions, and storytelling.
- After Effects knowledge is a robust plus.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio/showreel showcasing your editing work.
