Position: Junior Recruiter (Domestic Hiring)
Location: Vadodara (Onsite)
Shift: Day Shift | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Experience: Freshers
What You'll Do
Source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR calls
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
Ensure a smooth hiring experience for applicants
We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR is an advantage
Strong organizational and coordination skills
