We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in the cattle feed and animal nutrition industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing clients, generating sales, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with cattle feed dealers, distributors, dairy farms, farmers, and institutional customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable animal nutrition products.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, dispatches, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and pricing.
- Follow up on leads, trials, orders, and payments.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
- Support the team in expanding the company's presence in new markets.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in cattle feed, animal nutrition, dairy, poultry, feed additives, or a related industry preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Graduate minimum.
