Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring panels.

- Partner with HR and hiring managers to define job descriptions and role requirements.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present regular reports to management.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.

- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.

- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR associates as needed.





Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition ( preferred school or college is added advantages)

- Proven experience managing high-volume and specialized recruitment.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.

- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
