Key Responsibilities

Write, test, and maintain code to meet design specifications.Develop and implement software solutions according to project requirements.

Analyze problems and develop creative solutions.Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing code.

Tackle more complex or development-oriented problems that cannot be resolved at the functional level.

Work closely with other team members, including functional support team, Team Lead/project managers, and other developers.Participate in collaborative discussions and decision-making processes.

Understand and analyze project requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.

Project leads communicate with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members.

They keep stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and any changes that may impact the project.

Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to code.

Collaborate effectively with team members using version control tools.

Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.

Regular status updates and progress reports are essential for keeping everyone informed.

Project leads communicate project status to both functional and development teams, providing transparency and visibility.





Create and maintain technical documentation for code and projects.Ensure documentation is clear and accessible to other team members.

Stay updated on programming languages, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Embrace a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.Provide and receive constructive feedback during code reviews.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks in code.Optimize code for efficiency and scalability.

Be mindful of security best practices when writing code.Collaborate with security experts to address potential vulnerabilities.

Consider and implement aspects of user experience in development.

Participate in the deployment process, ensuring that software is released successfully.

Troubleshoot deployment-related issues.Adapt to changing requirements and project priorities.

Be flexible and open to learning current technologies and methodologies.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Provide updates on progress and report any challenges in a timely manner.

Qualification - Any Graduate have relevant Experience ( have coding Knowledge)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
