Job Role: Junior Project Engineer

Location: Poomalaikundu, Theni

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in solar project execution and site activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor daily site work and project progress.
- Supervise solar installation and construction activities.
- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Prepare daily site reports and project updates.
- Ensure work follows quality and safety standards.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving site-related issues.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in site engineering or project execution.
- Experience in solar projects will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Local candidates from Theni and nearby areas are preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
