Role Description The Junior Production Engineer will support day-to-day manufacturing operations on the shop floor, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. This full time, on-site role in Delhi, India includes assisting in production planning, monitoring machine and line performance, and coordinating with supervisors and operators to resolve issues.

The role involves helping implement process improvements, supporting quality checks, documenting production data, and contributing to the maintenance of standard operating procedures.

The Junior Production

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality,



minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning to support manufacturing processes and scheduling.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to help maintain product standards and support inspection activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment, safety practices, and industrial workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment and follow established procedures.
- Familiarity with MS Office or basic production reporting tools; exposure to automotive manufacturing is an advantage.
