Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Mechanical Engineer role based at our Rajkot manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting in the design and development of machinery and equipment used in water treatment, beverage filling, and packaging lines.

Responsibilities include supporting senior engineers with mechanical drawings, CAD models, and machine layouts, as well as participating in equipment testing, performance evaluation, and documentation.

The Junior Mechanical

Engineer will collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve mechanical issues,



improve efficiency, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also includes contributing to ongoing R&D; activities, coordinating with project teams, and providing technical support during installation and commissioning of systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core Mechanical Engineering knowledge, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating, reviewing, and modifying mechanical components and assemblies.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Project Management to assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring engineering and installation activities.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) skills to support product improvement, testing, and innovation initiatives.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, pumps, piping, or packaging equipment is preferred.
- Proficiency in common CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and familiarity with engineering documentation practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site.
- Willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, and support field activities such as installation and commissioning when required.
