We are looking for a Junior Mechanical CAD Designer to join our team in Electronic City, Bengaluru.
The ideal candidate should have valuable basic knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD and an interest in mechanical design, 3D modelling, and engineering drawings. Freshers with good CAD skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D mechanical drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Develop parts, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Modify existing drawings and models based on design requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings with dimensions and tolerances.
- Assist senior designers/engineers with design and drafting activities.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production/fabrication teams when required.
- Ensure drawings follow company standards and manufacturing requirements.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T; is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, machine components, or assemblies is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Education Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience
0–2 years
Candidates with internship/project experience in SolidWorks or AutoCAD are also welcome.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Location
Electronic City, Bengaluru
Candidates who can commute to Electronic City or are willing to relocate to Bengaluru are preferred.
