About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are at the beginning of their recruitment career and are eager to learn, grow, and build expertise in IT and Non-IT hiring.

Training Period

This position includes a 6-month training and development program designed to help you build strong recruitment skills and gain practical experience in talent acquisition.

Training Period Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and performance).

Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the training period will have opportunities for career progression within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Update recruitment databases and maintain accurate records.
- Support onboarding activities and candidate engagement.
- Develop positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.




- Learn and follow recruitment best practices and processes.

Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or recruitment tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience recruiting for Australian projects or clients will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Indian Standard Time)
- Flexible and remote work environment
