Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in logo design, brand identity development, and layout design, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with senior designers and project managers, preparing files for production, and incorporating feedback to refine design outputs.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chembur, Mumbai,



requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into visual solutions.
- Experience or training in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of cohesive brand identities.
- Knowledge of Typography and layout principles to create clear, readable, and visually balanced designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of design fundamentals.
- Ability to take direction, respond constructively to feedback, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site studio setting.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
