Graphic Designer (Visual Storyteller Wanted) Our Visual Communication Team is all about turning ideas into visuals that actually make people stop scrolling. If you love design that speaks, moves, and looks damn good while doing it, you’re going to fit right in.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll bring concepts to life across formats, from static to animated, minimal to bold, and help brands communicate clearly, creatively, and consistently.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Magic)

● Create strong, scroll-stopping designs using layout principles and aesthetic judgment

● Work across typography, illustration, graphic design, emailers, infographics, animations & GIFs

● Collaborate closely with copywriters, brand associates, and group heads to extend campaigns across platforms

● Make sure visuals and copy vibe together and deliver clear brand messaging

● Stay on-brand, on-voice, and on-point at all times

● Juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball (or the quality)

● Adapt quickly to real-time trends, briefs, and last-minute opportunities

● Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the table





● Partner with the Client Servicing team to analyse performance insights and refine creative direction What We’re Looking For

● A genuine passion for design and a sharp eye for detail

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

● Bonus points if you know After Effects or any animation tools

● Robust understanding of color theory, typography, and layout

● Diploma / Bachelor’s / master's degree in Animation, Arts, Commercial Arts, or similar
