Education - Minimum Diploma or BE in Electrical / Mechanical

Work Experience - Minimum 1 to 3 years in NPD

Knowledge / Awareness

- Knowledge in IATF 16949 & System knowledge, CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) understanding, Implementing throughout the process and organisation.
- Cable, Connectors, Terminal descriptions, Types, verity, applications, Materials, Testing methods, Inspections Methodology and handling of testing equipment, Testing and inspection equipment, Knowledge on plastic, Rubbers Steel, Cooper, Brass, materials,
- Knowledge about Injection moulding and press tool added advantage
- Supplier Selection

Basic Requirement

- Knowledge on Wiring harness, Press components & Injection Moulding
