Junior Engineer (Civil) Trainee
Qualification : ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD as per KMBR/KPBR rules.
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit or similar software.
- Prepare project estimates.
- Prepare property valuation reports in Microsoft word.
Skills required
- Good understanding & learning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawing.
Preferred Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit
- Lumion / Enscape or similar rendering software
- MS Excel / MS Word
- Estimation
