Junior Data Scientist- Job OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Data Scientist (2+ years experience) with strong expertise in Python, NLP, and LLMs.

This is an execution-focused, client-facing role, where you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into practical AI solutions.

We value individuals who can understand state-of-the-art (SOTA) models, adapt them to real-world clinical use cases, and clearly communicate their applicability and limitations.

What You'll Own:Model Development & NLP

- Develop and maintain Python-based NLP and ML models for clinical applications
- Work with LLMs and adapt SOTA models to solve domain-specific problems
- Continuously improve model performance and reliability

Problem Solving & Execution





- Translate business and client requirements into AI/ML solutions
- Analyze existing models and tailor them to new problem statements
- Work on clearly defined execution tasks with strong ownership

Client Collaboration

- Work closely with cross-functional and client-facing teams
- Explain model outputs, applicability, and limitations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support client use cases with data-driven insights

Production & Monitoring

- Deploy and monitor production-grade ML models
- Ensure model stability, performance, and scalability
- Build feedback loops for continuous improvement

Research & Learning

- Stay up to date with advancements in NLP, LLMs, and related domains
- Explore improvements in model architectures and applied techniques

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- 2+ years of experience in Python with ML/NLP focus
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts and LLM fundamentals
- Familiarity with SOTA models and their practical applications
- Experience deploying and monitoring production-grade models
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Exposure to LLM observability, monitoring, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Exposure to healthcare/clinical datasets or workflows
