Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Business Development Associate, located in Bengaluru North and intended for freshers. The associate will support lead generation activities, identify potential clients, and assist in nurturing relationships with learners, partners, and institutional stakeholders. Daily tasks include conducting basic market research, maintaining and updating prospect databases, preparing and delivering presentations about Teknowgrade’s programs, and coordinating follow-ups via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand offerings, gathering feedback from prospects,



and contributing to sales reports and performance tracking. This position offers structured training and mentorship in business development and education services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations to individuals and small groups.
- Candidates should possess basic lead generation abilities, including identifying potential customers and maintaining prospect lists.
- Candidates should possess foundational market research skills to gather, interpret, and summarize information about competitors, trends, and learner needs.
- Relevant skills such as customer service orientation, relationship-building, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort with MS Office tools, online communication platforms, and basic CRM or spreadsheet usage is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred; enthusiastic freshers from other disciplines are encouraged to apply.
