Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Agra.

The Junior

Architect will support the design process from concept to execution, including preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include developing architectural layouts, coordinating interior and landscape inputs, assisting with design documentation, and participating in client meetings and site visits. The role also involves collaborating with consultants, supporting basic project coordination, and ensuring that design intent is maintained through different project stages.

The Junior

Architect is expected to contribute creative ideas,



maintain organized project files, and align work with Studioquaint’s emphasis on craft and community-focused design.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Project Management tasks such as basic scheduling, coordination with consultants, and documentation tracking.
- Understanding of Integration between architecture, interiors, and landscape to create cohesive design solutions.
- Working knowledge of relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualified qualification; eligibility for or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Strong visual and spatial design skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow and interpret design guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented studio environment.
- Interest in materials, construction techniques, and site coordination; prior internship or junior-level experience in an architecture studio is beneficial.
