Payment Processing: Manage payment-related tasks on the bank portal, including initiating payments, verifying payment details, and ensuring accurate and timely processing. Coordinate with the finance department and other relevant teams to gather necessary information for payment processing.

Payment Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payment-related inquiries and issues from internal stakeholders and vendors. Investigate and troubleshoot payment discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.

Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized payment records, invoices, and related documentation. File and archive financial documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Update payment information in the accounting system as necessary.

Payment Reporting: Generate regular payment reports for management and relevant stakeholders. Provide insights and analysis on payment trends, outstanding payments, and other relevant metrics. Contribute to the development of financial reports and presentations.
