Role Description The Junior Amazon Catalog Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position involves managing and updating product listings on Amazon, including creating and editing product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords to ensure accuracy and optimize visibility.

The role includes monitoring catalog health, resolving listing issues, checking for compliance with Amazon policies, and coordinating with internal teams to gather product information and assets.

Executive will regularly analyze listing performance, assist in implementing content improvements, and support promotional activities to enhance product discoverability and sales.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Amazon product catalogs, including listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills for handling multiple listings and tasks.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and online tools for catalog updates, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for creating clear product content and coordinating with teams.
- Ability to learn and apply Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices for listing compliance.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, in office environment with cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commerce, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in e-commerce, Amazon marketplace, or digital marketing is an advantage.
