This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure to accounting, Tally/ERP, Excel, invoicing, GST, and day-to-day finance operations.

About the Role

Rage Coffee is looking for a Junior Accounts & Data Entry Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good Excel skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter daily sales, purchase invoices, vendor bills, and accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Maintain physical and digital records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.




- Perform basic bank and transaction reconciliations.
- Verify sales orders, purchase invoices, and vouchers before accounting entries.
- Maintain ledger and basic accounting records.
- Assist the finance team with monthly documentation and basic reports.
- Support inventory/stock updates.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of daily accounting/data-entry tasks.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com or equivalent graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Accounts, Finance, Data Entry, or Bookkeeping can apply.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Basic understanding of GST, sales/purchase invoices, vouchers, and ledgers.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and handle routine accounting/data-entry work.
