Rocksensor India Private Limited specializes in high-precision industrial automation, process control, and advanced sensor technologies. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant Intern to join our finance team in Noida to assist with day-to-day accounting activities, financial record-keeping, and report reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting: Record and maintain daily financial transactions and verify supporting vouchers/documents.

AP & AR Support: Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management, including monitoring outstanding payments.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of receipts, vendor payments, operational expenses, and purchase orders.

Reporting & Closures: Support the team during month-end and year-end financial closing activities and reconciliations.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate directly with internal departments, vendors,



and clients regarding billing and invoice queries.

Administrative Support: Assist with routine financial compliance tasks and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements & Educational Qualification:

Education: Completed or pursuing B.Com, BBA (Finance), or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

Experience: 0–2 years of accounting experience; freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and standard Indian accounting practices.

Hands-on familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software like Zoho Books or Busy.

Solid numerical accuracy and systematic organizational skills.
