We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting and finance activities of the company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, recording transactions, handling invoices and payments, assisting with reconciliations etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.

- Maintain purchase, sales, cash, bank, and expense records.

- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.

- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.

- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

- Assist in tracking customer outstanding payments and vendor balances.

- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing.

- Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.





- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, expenses, and payments.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Educational Qualifications

- B.A / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.

- Candidates with relevant accounting certification or practical training of minimum 1 year will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
