The Role We're hiring a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone early in their recruitment career, or someone coming from tech support, IT helpdesk, or customer support who wants to move into tech recruitment.

You won't be providing technical support. What we need is someone who understands technology well enough to talk to engineers and consultants with confidence, communicates clearly, and picks up new tools and processes quickly. If you've spent time explaining technical issues to users, you already have a head start.

You'll be working Eastern Time hours to stay aligned with our North American clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

- Source candidates for IT roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database
- Screen candidates by phone and video to assess skills, experience, availability, and fit
- Read job descriptions and understand what the client actually needs before you start searching
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal team members
- Keep candidate records, notes, and submission details accurate in our ATS
- Write clear candidate summaries and submissions for account managers and clients




- Follow up with candidates throughout the process so no one is left waiting
- Support onboarding paperwork and documentation once a candidate is placed
- Learn our recruitment tools, workflows, and client processes, and adapt as they evolve

What You Bring

- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, tech support, IT helpdesk, customer support, or a similar role
- Strong spoken and written English; you'll be on calls with candidates and clients in North America every day
- Comfort with technology and technical terms, even if you're not an expert in every platform
- A quick learner who can get up to speed on recent tools without much hand-holding
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing several things at once
- Confident reaching out to people you don't know and holding a professional conversation
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
- Must be available to work Eastern Time hours on a consistent basis

Nice to Have

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Any exposure to IT recruitment, staffing, or HR
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or an ATS
- Basic understanding of enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, SAP, or cloud technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
