NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a Junior Food Safety / Quality Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our rapid-growing, purpose-driven food brand.

NThe role focuses on:

- Designing and deploying food safety and quality systems
N
- Ensuring compliance with FSSAI and internal standards
N
- Training and capability-building across teams
N
- Maintaining the highestfood safety and quality standards across the value chain
N

nKey Responsibilities

n
- Design, deploy, and monitor Food Safety & Quality Plans in line with FSSAI and internal standards
N




- Conduct in-process quality checks, audits, and inspections during production and packaging
N
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance reports
N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
N
- Support process improvements and implement best practices to enhance product safety and quality
N

nQualifications

n

N
- M.Sc. in Science (mandatory);

specialization in Food Science / Food Technology preferred

N
- 1–3 years of experiencein Food Safety / Quality roles
N
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing food safety plans
N
- Certification in FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 (preferable)
N
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
N
