Roles and Responsibilities

- Production Planning &
- Oversight: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Supervise manufacturing and packing operations to meet target outputs, and process batch manufacturing/packing requisitions.

- Material &

- Inventory Management: Monitor raw and packing material (RM/PM) inventory against purchase orders. Identify shortages, raise purchase and material requisitions, manage additional material requests, and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.

- SAP System Administration: Create and maintain RM/PM master data and product codes in SAP. Act as the primary SAP liaison to train users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with SAP vendors.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner with R&D; (FRD/ADL), QA, and Manufacturing teams to support current product launches, procure tooling (dies/punches), and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods.

- Quality &

- Compliance (QMS): Draft, review, and execute SOPs related to Production Planning and Material Control (PPMC). Initiate and manage QMS documentation, including Change Controls (CCF) and deviations.

- Logistics &

- Export Handling: Prepare comprehensive packing lists and palletization charts for both domestic and export shipments.
