Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our Architecture &

- Design team in the planning, development, and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, project teams, and other departments to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements.
- Assist senior architects in design development and coordination of projects.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in preparing working drawings and construction details.




- Conduct site visits to understand site conditions and monitor design implementation.
- Coordinate with site and execution teams for design-related queries and clarifications.
- Ensure drawings are updated as per revisions and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in checking drawings received from consultants and identifying discrepancies.
- Keep updated with relevant building regulations, development norms, and industry practices.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institute.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a real estate developer or architectural consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Sketch Up, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion /V-Ray or other 3D visualization software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and basic construction practices.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
