Role Overview

We are looking for an Architect / Interior Designer who can contribute to projects from concept development through detailed design and execution.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, good technical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings and detailed drawings.
- Develop 3D models and presentations for design proposals.
- Prepare material selections, detailing and design documentation.
- Coordinate with senior designers, consultants and other team members.
- Assist in translating design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the design process.

Required Skills




- Creative design sensibility
- Good knowledge of architectural/interior detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of SketchUp
- Knowledge of D5 Render / rendering software
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
