Sunesons Engineering & Fabrications (P) Ltd. (SUNESONS) is inviting applications from freshers and early-career engineers for the role of Jr. Project Engineer (GET) PPC.

This role provides practical exposure to Production Planning & Control, job scheduling, material coordination, production monitoring, engineering documentation, and interdepartmental coordination in the field of electrical panel enclosure and sheet metal manufacturing.

The position is ideal for candidates who are organized, analytical, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in PPC and manufacturing operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic understanding of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and sheet metal fabrication is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain trackers, prepare reports, and work with data.
- Valuable communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple jobs and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing systems and in-house software/tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- 02 years of experience in PPC, production planning, manufacturing, or engineering coordination.
- Freshers with good analytical skills and a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internship/project exposure to manufacturing, production planning, or sheet metal fabrication will be preferred.




- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Thane, and Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans based on customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Store, Purchase, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution of planned jobs.
- Monitor production progress against the planned schedule and highlight delays or bottlenecks.
- Follow up on job status, pending activities, and priority orders.

Material & Job Coordination

- Check availability of required raw materials, bought-out items, and components before production planning.
- Coordinate with Store & Purchase for material availability and shortages.
- Track job movement through different manufacturing stages such as cutting, bending, fabrication, welding, finishing, and assembly.
- Support identification and escalation of material or process-related constraints.

Documentation & MIS

- Maintain production planning sheets, job trackers, status reports, and MIS.
- Update planned vs. actual production status.
- Maintain proper records of job priorities, pending orders, and delivery commitments.
- Support preparation of daily/weekly production reports for management review.

Coordination & Follow-up

- Coordinate with Design/PPC for availability of approved drawings, BOMs, and production requirements.
- Follow up with Production and Quality teams for timely completion and inspection.
- Support dispatch planning by coordinating completed and approved jobs.
- Communicate production status and delays to concerned departments.
