- Floor Supervision: Manage daily cafe operations, assign table sections, and maintain smooth coordination between the dining area and the kitchen.
- Guest Service: Welcome customers, assist with menu choices, take orders accurately, and handle feedback or resolve complaints swiftly.
- Team Leadership: Lead pre-shift briefings, train and motivate waitstaff, and ensure grooming and service standards are met.
- Operations & Maintenance: Monitor cafe cleanliness, oversee inventory/stock requisitions, and assist with billing or POS closing duties
