Greetings from RAD Resources. A reputed Jewellery Showroom is looking for Manual Designer Head who is responsible to lead the creative design team, specializing in hand-drawn jewellery concepts for international and luxury markets.

Salary: 30 L - 35 Lakhs P.A

Work Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- This role demands artistic mastery, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global jewellery trends, craftsmanship, and premium client expectations.
- Creative leadership: Direct and mentor manual designers, ensuring innovation, precision, and adherence to luxury standards.
- Design strategy: Develop design collections aligned with international fashion trends, cultural aesthetics, and brand identity.
- High-value client collaboration: Engage with elite clientele to translate bespoke requirements into exquisite hand-drawn designs.
- Quality assurance: Review sketches for accuracy, feasibility, and craftsmanship standards before production.
- Trend forecasting: Research global jewellery trends, luxury motifs, and emerging design techniques.
- Cross-functional coordination:



Collaborate with showroom managers, artisans, gemologists, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Portfolio curation: Maintain and present a premium design portfolio for exhibitions, international shows, and client presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or Luxury Design.
- 812 years of experience in manual jewellery design, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in hand sketching, detailing, and luxury aesthetics.
- Robust knowledge of international jewellery trends, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.
