Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, requirements, and budget. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.- Explain jewellery designs, materials, gemstones, making charges, and pricing.- Recommend suitable jewellery products and alternatives.- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and sales skills.- Achieve individual and team sales targets.- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and objections professionally.- Maintain customer relationships and follow up with prospective customers.- Assist with billing, order processing, exchanges,



and after-sales service.- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.- Ensure accurate handling and security of jewellery during customer interactions.- Maintain records of customer enquiries and sales activities.- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and showroom events.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or sales preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.- Good knowledge of jewellery products and gemstones is an advantage.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.- Presentable, skilled, and customer-friendly personality.- Basic computer knowledge.- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and during festive seasons.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience, skills, and company policy.
