Seeking a Senior Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience in JD Edwards Sales and Distribution JDE SND to manage and optimize endtoend SND processes ensuring operational excellence and compliance
Manage and oversee the complete JD Edwards Sales and Distribution lifecycle including order management pricing shipping and billing processes Ensure smooth execution and stability of sales order processing cycles within the JDE system Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as technical finance and business stakeholders to align system configurations with evolving business requirements Analyze complex transactional and data issues within core JD Edwards tables and provide timely resolutions to maintain system integrity Support implementation upgrade and rollout initiatives of JDE SND modules adhering to best practices and compliance standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency system performance and overall user experience Coordinate with CNC finance and audit teams to ensure compliance with SOX segregation of duties and other regulatory requirements Monitor batch jobs interfaces and customizations related to Sales and Distribution to ensure optimal system performance
Roles and Responsibilities
Own the JD Edwards Sales and Distribution lifecycle including order management pricing shipping and billing processes Conduct detailed root cause analysis for incidents and problems affecting JDE SND functionality and implement corrective actions Manage change requests and configuration updates within the JDE SND module ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Lead workshops and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts SMEs to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications Work closely with technical teams to support customizations integrations and testing activities Develop and review test scripts and coordinate functional testing to validate system changes Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and support teams to enhance system adoption Prepare and submit regular status reports to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively Support monthend and yearend close activities related to sales and distribution transactions Ensure adherence to audit compliance and governance frameworks throughout all SND processes Mentor and guide L1 and L2 support teams to strengthen functional knowledge and issue resolution capabilities
