We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Java Spring Boot Developer to lead the development of complex, high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and application architecture, along with proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

The Tech Lead will be responsible for the technical direction of projects, ensuring coding standards, best practices, performance, scalability, and high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Java/Spring Boot developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Define application architecture and technical solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Java technologies.
- Perform hands-on development of enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate applications with external systems and services.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and development best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production problems.
- Optimize both backend and frontend components for improved application performance.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable,



reliable, and maintainable.
- Support testing, deployment, release activities, and production support.
- Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and frameworks and recommend improvements to the technology stack.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and engineering practices.

- Good leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership.
