Job Summary

ThreatXIntel, a Hiring Partner for leading corporate clients, is looking for experienced Java Technical Leads with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, and DevOps to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Java/Spring Boot enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and optimize microservices-based architectures.
- Drive application scalability, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Define technical architecture and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide development teams.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Support cloud deployment, scalability, and production environments.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.





Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Excellent knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience in System Architecture, Scalability & Performance Tuning.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps.
- Experience with Cloud platforms and deployments.
- Proven experience in Team Leadership & Mentoring.
- Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Profile

- 815 years of overall software development experience.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise applications.
- Solid architectural and technical decision-making skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring Java development teams.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
