Role Overview

- Looking for an experienced Application Integration Support Analyst to provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for enterprise integration applications, APIs, microservices, and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices, along with expertise in Axway MFT or similar file transfer technologies. Experience with Kafka- based integrations and troubleshooting distributed application environments is highly desirable.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and ensuring the stability, availability, and reliability of critical integration platforms that support business operations. Experience in the Healthcare Payer domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise integration applications, APIs, microservices, and MFT platforms.
- Monitor application health, APIs, integrations, file transfers, and batch processing jobs using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to:
- Java / Spring Boot applications
- RESTful APIs
- Microservices-based architectures
- Axway MFT or similar Managed File Transfer platforms
- Data integration workflows
- Kafka messaging and event-driven integrations
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement preventive and corrective actions to minimize recurring issues.
- Analyze application logs, stack traces, monitoring alerts, and system metrics to identify and resolve production problems.
- Validate and troubleshoot JSON, XML, API payloads, and integration data flows.
- Support deployment activities, release validation, smoke testing, and post-release monitoring.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, cloud, and business teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely communication and status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement.

- Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting distributed applications.

Valuable understanding of:

- API Gateway concepts
- Managed File Transfer (MFT) processes
- Axway MFT or equivalent solutions
- Event-driven architecture and Kafka
