1. Hands-on experience in:

a. Understanding and designing requirements for Portfolio Management / Wealth Management workflows (trade processing, reconciliation, valuation/NAV, reporting)

b. Developing and maintaining Java Spring Boot services and React.js (with TypeScript) UI components end-to-end c. Implementing messaging and file-based integration services (SFTP, REST/SOAP) relevant for PMS file exchange (Scrip Master, Bhav Copy, Transaction and Corporate Action d. Implementing using multi-threading and batch-processing approaches (Spring Batch) for EOD/NAV style jobs

2. Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, React (Hooks, Redux Toolkit / React Query), TypeScript, J2EE architecture/design patterns, Object-Oriented Design methodologies, data modeling techniques, and Web Services interface development (SOAP/REST)

Strong knowledge of Hibernate, Spring, Spring Data JPA, Dependency Injection (IoC), and MVC

4. Strong knowledge of MySQL, Stored Procedures, View, relational database technologies, indexing, query optimization, and persistence frameworks

5. Working knowledge of Git/GitFlow, SonarQube (code quality/static analysis), CI/CD pipelines, and Docker

6. Good written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated

7. Experience mentoring team members
8. Prior exposure to Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), Wealth Management Systems (WMS), or capital markets/financial services platforms is a strong plus
