Job Title: Lead Java Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Engineer with 6+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and Kafka.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in distributed systems, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies and containerized deployments, along with good system design and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, reliable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain microservices and distributed systems.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design event-driven solutions using Kafka and other messaging technologies.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize application performance.




- Implement application security using Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT and related technologies.
- Design and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and drive performance/reliability improvements.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
