Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Java Developer (3-5 Years Experience) to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and database technologies. The candidate will work on developing scalable enterprise-grade financial technology products used by leading asset management and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following OOP principles, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile development practices including Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions.
- Develop and optimize database queries, data models, and transactional processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Ensure security, compliance,



and quality standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
- Exposure to BFSI, Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Asset Management, or FinTech products is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
