About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic engineering team at Atyeti Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality applications that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java technologies, experience working with microservices architectures, and a passion for creating scalable and efficient software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver robust applications. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a solid background in software development with the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in Core Java, with proficiency in Java 8, 11, or 17+.




- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL, including writing optimized SQL queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, build tools such as Maven or Gradle, and testing frameworks like JUnit.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Positive understanding of JVM internals, multithreading, exception handling, and collections.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices to support business needs.
- Work with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA to build efficient backend systems.
- Design and optimize database queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Integrate applications with internal and external services, including third-party APIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Write clean,



maintainable, and well-documented code, including comprehensive unit tests.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical design discussions, and adhere to best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation efforts, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
